Gen IV headlight removal
From Taurus Car Club Maintenance and Modification Wiki
There is one 8mm bolt and two clips that hold the assembly in. The clip on the right side can't be seen from the angle of the first picture. They are circled in them in red. Use pliers to gently pull that clip up, as it hard to grasp with your fingers.
Once the fasteners and clips are out, slide the assembly forward, which allows access to the headlight and T/S bulbs.
Follow the steps in reverse to put it back together. Slight forward pressure on the headlight allowed the clips to slide in better.
This might be a really basic process, but I thought it might be helpful to someone.
