Step one is to jack the rear passenger side of the car up. Next get in the trunk and disconnect the Inertia switch which is located behind the carpet near where the passenger side rear fender is. After the switch is disconnected, start the engine and let it run until it dies. Now you can open the gas cap to relieve any existing pressure. Now take a small wrench and take out the bolt on top of the filter (Which is located under where the passenger rear door is. Next take a smaller flat head screw driver and CAREFULLY remove the plastic clips holding the three fuel lines on. A word of precaution, when you remove the first fuel line there will still be enough pressure to spray fuel so put cardboard down and get a glass jar to catch the spray. The first line you should remove is the one closest to the front of the car. The lines just pry off. After taking the two other lines off, you are ready to attatch your new filter. After attatching the lines and the clips and also the bolt, you can let the car off the jack. Now go to the trunk and plug the inertia switch back in. After that is done, you need to put the key in to the ignition and turn it to on but dont start it. Do this two or three times before you start it. Now you can start your car and be off on your way. Also the gas that you caught in the jar, you can put back into your tank with a funnel.

I changed my filter and it gave my car much more response to the throttle. It also saves gas.

IF YOU HAVE A FFV THEN YOU WILL NOT HAVE 3 FUEL LINES IN YOUR FILTER.
